How will my purchase be shipped?

Upon receipt of your payment, your package will be packed and sent within 3 days (barring special circumstances, such as holidays) via PostNL.
Shipping costs are €4.55 per order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If applicable, you will also receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

Can I return my purchase?

Have you changed your mind and wish to return the piece of jewellery? Please send an email to info@tinyowlenchantments.nl within 14 days.
Please state your name, order number, the products to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. We ask you to sufficiently frank the return shipment and to pack it securely (preferably in a bubble envelope or a letterbox parcel box).

As soon as the return shipment has arrived timely, complete, and undamaged, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card used for the original transaction. 

Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons! 

What are the jewellery pieces made of?

The materials I use include 

- .925 sterling silver. Sterling silver consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. 

- Silver clay, which contains an alloy of 90% silver and 10% copper, resulting in .950 silver (95% silver) with higher strength after firing.

- Various types of gemstones. Please note that these are natural stones. Colours may differ in reality from the photo!

How can I ensure my jewellery stays beautiful for as long as possible?

Although silver lasts a lifetime, it can discolour. This is due to contact with products such as lotion and perfumes, but also simply the skin and outdoor air. You can polish this away with a polishing cloth.
However, many of my jewellery pieces are treated to accelerate this discolouration process, creating depth. Therefore, be careful with polishing and, if necessary, only wash with warm water and soap. 

Do you have a piece of jewellery with a gemstone? Dry it thoroughly immediately after cleaning. Some gemstones become dull and lose their shine after much contact with water and soap. Therefore, remove them as much as possible when showering and washing hands.
Do not store your jewellery in the sun. Stones such as amethyst can discolour!

Is custom work possible? 

At the moment, I am not accepting commissions for new pieces. However, I can adapt jewellery from my collection for you. For example, a matte finish or shine. Perhaps you prefer a different stone or a longer chain? Send a message via the contact form, and we will look together at what is possible.
Please note, each piece of jewellery is unique. Custom work will therefore always differ slightly from the original.

How long is the warranty?

The jewellery has a 6-month warranty.
